• Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use 5iles to:

• Process illegal, copyrighted, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use automated bots to abuse the service

6 Intellectual Property

5iles and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 5iles and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all files you process through our service. By using 5iles, you grant us no rights to your files or their contents.

7 Limitation of Liability

5iles provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or files during processing
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions of third-party services (PayPal, Google, etc.)

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8 Privacy

Your use of 5iles is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

9 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or site notice. Continued use of 5iles after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Qatar.
